Responsible for the strategy, design & implementation of the data pipeline that underpins the A/B testing framework, as well as the descriptive reporting used to distribute budget throughout the department. I also play the role of tech lead for the marketing and reporting teams; assist with the attribution of an annual 80 million dollar marketing spend.

Played a major role in tagging websites, building custom buyflows, cleansing data and finally building dashboards (using the adobe suite) for the 70+ brands owned by Rogers. I designed, implemented & managed the content analysis framework (built in python) currently in use across the company to better understand the content people want to read on a deeper level.

A range of topics from algorithms and data structures to distributed systems and business analytics, were covered both in theory and practical. Languages used in depth include Java (Android), C# (.NET), Lisp, Python, SQL and MySQL. A special interest in artificial intelligence was discovered which was the focus of my final year project which encompassed machine learning and natural language processing via multi document text summarization. Graduated top of the class with a first class honours degree graded at 80% equating to a 4.0 GPA.
